We contact many different locations and vendors to help narrow down your choices. If you have an obligation in the middle of the day and can't call a vendor, we take care of it for you. A When you come to ESTOccasions, you tell us what kind of budget you are working with and what you are looking for. We help you see how to make your money go the furthest, find the best deals, and really make that budget seem priceless. Sometimes you need someone else to haggle with a vendor, or find you the better deal and that is what we do. Our fee is up front, in a signed contract, so you are aware of what the cost will be but you won't feel like you missed out on anything.

Q What kind of events do you plan?
A ESTOccasions can handle any size event. From Weddings to Fund Raisers, ESTOccasions is the Event Coordinating Company for you. Birthday, Anniversary, Dinner, Office, or holiday party, we make sure to get it done. In the past we have done just one-day event planning, which means we come for the big day and make it run smoothly, or we can plan the entire event from start to finish.

Q Do you have a contract?
A ESTOccasions will meet with you, see what you are looking for, and then give you an estimate. If you agree with the estimate, then we both sign a contract. This contract means you will continue to work with ESTOccasions throughout the process, you will pay for the vendors and other things. The contract is to keep you and the company safe, if we sign the contract then we will be at the location at the correct day with everything we have agreed to.

Q Why should I hire a Wedding Event Coordinator?
A A Wedding planner means the bride and groom get to relax and enjoy their special day. Handling an event as big as a wedding can be very stressful and it can be difficult to find everything you are looking for. If the happy couple is busy during the day and unable to call different vendors, or locations ESTOccasions will take care of that for you. A We offer you a choice of different vendors; colors, centerpieces and many other things, and you make your choice. We are only here to make suggestions and find you the best deals. Final say is up to you.
