Kia and crew . . . I can't say enough. My husband and I had a million ideas, and no ideas. We knew what we wanted, but we didn't. And we weren't finding it. Until we called ESTOccasions. I showed Kia my idea book - pages and pages of ripped out pictures from magazines of all the things I saw that I liked. We talked about what we didn't want - a big, fancy, expensive wedding. We talked about what we did want - medium sized, with local vendors and leaning to the eco-friendly side with a very strict budget. I though for sure she would say no way, but she didn't. In fact, I think her exact words were, "Oh yeah, we can totally do that". Kia knew exactly where to point us and really helped us tailor our vision into the most amazing day! We got our vineyard wedding, and I got my local vendors. AND she totally kept us on budget. I can't explain how she took all those random, scattered photos and gave us EXACTLY what we were aiming for, but she did it. Our wedding was elegant, intimate (even with 100 people), on budget and most importantly to me, local and eco-friendly. Kia has some great advice for sticky or uncomfortable situations, and practical solutions for some pretty wacky ideas. Not once did I feel stressed about this wedding (okay well maybe about getting the guys dressed nice and a little about the table seating charts, but that was SO minor! - and Kia of course had great advice to address these issues too!).
My friends and relatives were amazed at how calm I was the week before the wedding. How could I not be? I knew that my day was in Kia's more than capable hands, and I just can't say it enough. It was PERFECT!

Another successful dinner party, thanks to Kia. My husband and I were thrilled to impress our dear friends. I loved not having to worry about any details, because I knew they had everything under control. We will gladly use ESTOccasions again.

ESTOccasions created our centerpieces and favors for our wedding. I was looking for something different and boy did they deliver . We had a mix of tall and short and I loved it. The table designs had all the little extra touches I watned. Thank you for making it happen.

Thank you so much for your help planning and coordinating our wedding! We had debated hiring a planner, but are so happy we did. Especially since you were so fantastic! I was amazed at the amount of time you spent with us - answering countless questions, giving suggestions and helpful hints, and helping us make decisions. You are truly an expert!
In particular, I was grateful to have you at our rehearsal. With everyone so excited to be there and happy to see each other, no one would pay attention! You helped keep us going and, more importantly, helped us just to relax.
Finally, we absolutely loved working with you. You were professional but at the same time you were someone we were happy to have at our wedding. We cannot thank you enough for making the first day of our life together so
