I used ESTOccasions to plan my seaside wedding in Southern RI in November. My work
schedule is very inflexible, and Kia was extremely helpful in taking care of all the details I
needed because I was unavailable to meet with vendors. My venue required outside vendors
for everything- food, tables and chairs, etc., and Kia's help was invaluable in contacting,
meeting with, and selecting a caterer, rental company, florist, and everything else that was
needed. My Sunday brunch wedding was absolutely beautiful- everything was perfectly
arranged from the centerpieces to the buffet table, the transition from ceremony to
reception was seamless, and guests still tell me what an amazing wedding it was! I tell them I
can't really take credit, all I did was show up! I found it extremely easy to work with Kia; she
was always accessible whenever I had a question or wanted to make a change, she took every
problem in stride and didn't get flustered or let me get stressed out. I would absolutely
recommend ESTOccasions for planning a wedding. I can't imagine how frustrating and
stressful it would have been without their help!
Our daughters Sweet Sixteen was the best and
we credit ESTOccasions with making it happen.
Kia and her crew gave us ideas that worked, and kept money in our pocket, which is hard with a teenage
daughter. Thank you again.

Another successful dinner party, thanks to Kia. My husband and I were thrilled to impress our dear friends. I loved not having to worry about any details, because I knew they had everything under control. We will gladly use ESTOccasions again.

ESTOccasions created our centerpieces and favors for our wedding. I was looking for something different and boy did they deliver . We had a mix of tall and short and I loved it. The table designs had all the little extra touches I watned. Thank you for making it happen.

Thank you so much for your help planning and coordinating our wedding! We had debated hiring a planner, but are so happy we did. Especially since you were so fantastic! I was amazed at the amount of time you spent with us - answering countless questions, giving suggestions and helpful hints, and helping us make decisions. You are truly an expert!
In particular, I was grateful to have you at our rehearsal. With everyone so excited to be there and happy to see each other, no one would pay attention! You helped keep us going and, more importantly, helped us just to relax.
Finally, we absolutely loved working with you. You were professional but at the same time you were someone we were happy to have at our wedding. We cannot thank you enough for making the first day of our life together so
